With more than 36 years of experience in engineering, construction, and large-scale project management, Steve Garner brings a proven record of leadership, accountability, and results to his campaign for Limestone County Commissioner – District 1.

Steve is an Electrical Engineer by training and has spent his career managing complex, multimillion-dollar projects that demand careful budgeting, strong communication, and efficient problem-solving. From overseeing key components of the Huntsville Amphitheater to supporting major aerospace, automotive, and industrial facilities across the country, Steve has built a reputation for integrity, precision, and dependability.

Throughout his career, Steve has worked with industry leaders such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Raytheon, the U.S. Navy, Mercedes Benz, BMW, and GM, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety. His experience supervising diverse teams, coordinating across agencies, and delivering projects on time and within budget has prepared him to serve the residents of Limestone County with that same level of excellence.
